For those who are new to the practice, beginning yoga classes in a studio can be intimidating - but yoga is designed to be for everyone. Many studies have proven that Yoga helps us strengthen and understand our body; increasing body-awareness, flexibility, balance; as well as decreasing stress and anxiety. This seven week course is designed for those who have always wanted to try yoga - and for practitioners who might want to know a little more!
Over seven weeks this summer course will introduce students to the fundamentals of yoga; from breathing practice and postures, to different styles and even a little meditation. Each lesson will build on the last, working around a weekly theme and steadily progressing your knowledge, strength, and flexibility. Come along and see what yoga can be for you! (Pre-booking is recommended as places are limited.)

Get your exercise fix before work with this energizing Vinyasa flow class for practitioners with a little yoga experience. Designed to gently waken and invigorate students and help them begin the day with power and purpose; each class will be built around a different theme and 'peak' posture, allowing a deep exploration of yoga practice to grow. Get up and going in the morning!
