Core Strength YOGA
Beginning 11th April at the renovated Ecohub in Gamlingay, a new series of yoga classes focusing on core strength, taught by Camyoga trainee Jessica D'Alton Goode. Each class is designed to work and strengthen the muscles of the core and abdomen, improving posture, shape, and overall body stability; supporting the spine and helping you find that deep body strength.
Also great for neutralising stiffness and lower back pain, Core Strength Yoga is open to all levels of practise - but, if you have any questions or are uncertain as to what the class will contain please don't hesitate to get in touch: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please arrive ten minutes beforehand to guarantee a relaxed, focused class.
